Is there some planning tool around?

Is there some planning tool around? was created by Lennart78
For a website with CB i'm looking for a planning tool to plan meetings.

If it's possible, it should be an application that can add events (by a registered user) which several people (without registration!!!) can give their availability / rate / comment / whatever.
For example: i want to organize a evening with friends. As a user i add a calender and add several date's. My friends get a link to this calender and can give their opinion on the given date's.

In dutch, there's something like: datumprikker.nl.

At least, it has to be where several people can react on date's. I know that there are several "reservation systems", but they view the availibility for one object (like a house), related to one person or user. I'm looking for a system that can link an object (like "meeting" or party) to several persons.

When there's at least nothing thats working together with CB, a standalone application is good to (through wrapper).

There are several event calendars and groupware integration projects for joomla. The people at the forums of those projects will most likely know if such component exists.

CB is not a groupware program, but merely an extension on the way users are recorded in Joomla.
