why it needs to be pain in the ass !

i have done exactly as explained in the guide for trnaslating the files and at the end nothing happens.. i double checked everything including xml files and names etc etc... what the f* can be wrong now /??

question: if i start translating one file dose i have to translate the whole file or only words that i want to translate- i mean is this making any kind of problem with the translation cuz half the half is translated and the half yet is not

well i didn't think of that - it tough like allot of job if some one is willing to take. However where should i post them?
