Hello,
When I want to instal the com_comprofiler component, joomla says can't find the installation pakkage. What is the reason of this and how can I fix it.

Have you tried using FTP? Could you please provide the EXACT error message provided by Joomla when attempting to install?

I have the same problem. How I speak spanish the answer of joomla is imposible encontrar el archivo de instalaciòn when I tried to post it in remote hosting, different is when I did it in local host.

Please ensure you've unpacked CB first and are installing com_comprofiler.zip and not it's container package which also contains its modules, etc.. Please review the README information provided with the package.

Don't know what to tell you, you're installing it incorrectly. If you're on MAC please ensure the MACOSX folder is not inside of the ZIP package as MAC unzips and re-zips with that folder which will cause the installation to fail.
