Obviously your CB installation has been modified/altered.

Sorry, there is no way we can help here.

Suggest you learn exactly what was hacked and revert back to clean CB installation if you need assistance and also so you can be sure that future CB upgrades will not break your website.

None, it's contained within CBs configuration file. We don't store config to database.
