searching the forum this seems to be an old problem, but my server runs php7.3. Is this why I get the error?
Argument 2 passed to GuzzleHttp\Adapter\StreamAdapter::createResponseObject() must be of the type array, null given, called in C:\Server\data\htdocs\libraries\CBLib\GuzzleHttp\Adapter\StreamAdapter.php on line 67

CB is tested and working fine on PHP 7.3.2. Am seeing no issues with Guzzle. Ensure CB and any plugins installed are completely up to date. It's possible you've something else installed also loading or trying to use Guzzle and causing a conflict. Where are you seeing this exactly?

PHP 7.3.6 is not tested with CB. The latest tested with CB is 7.3.2. You're also using an RC release of 7.3.6 and not a stable release. So I can't guarantee CB will be stable on your version of PHP. Try using PHP 7.3.2. If you can't then at least update to PHP 7.3.6 stable and see if issue persists.
