Hello,
I wonder if there is a way to get the notifications from the community builder on the notifications bar on mobile and tablets.


I'm thinking about building simple mobile app based on the website and I want users to get the notifications for connections, messages, comments etc on the notification bar.

In addition I need users to get notifications about subscriptions by CBsubs where I'm interested in using it for building a community based on subscriptions.


Also How to get the current location of the users and update it on their profiles every hour for example.

Is there any plug-in, add-on or any solution that can help in doing the above?

Hopefully I can get detailed answer.

We do not support push notifications at this time. We plan to in the future via CB Activity by just building that into its notification feature, but at this time we've no such functionality nor is there a JSON endpoint to interface with the CB Activity notifications at this time to develop such a thing so you'd have to implement a completely custom solution.

That, privacy wise, would be an extremely dangerous liability. If you don't absolutely need such a feature I do not recommend doing this.

Maybe CB Auto Actions could be used for JSON endpoints since auto actions can be accessed directly. Aside from that you'd have to completely develop your solution from the ground up.
