Then you probably have a style conflict from something installed that's restyling img elements. Switch to default Joomla protostar template, clear Joomla cache if enabled, and retry.

What browser are you using? Ensure your browser is also up to date. You maybe having issues with flexbox CSS due to browser compatibility. Does it display fine for you on our demo site below?
