Dear Sir,

Audio File not work in chrome and internet exploer but it work on firefox

please Advise

It's a standard HTML5 audio element. Ensure the audio file you uploaded is properly encoded for usage on the web. I've retested a properly encoded mp3 as working fine in Edge, Chrome, and FireFox. See the below for supported HTML5 video and audio formats.

Same Audio am also uploaded on your demo user site it work there and it display too.
if Audio File not correct formant it also not support on your demo site
