Moderator OnAfterUpateUser trigger

Moderator OnAfterUpateUser trigger was created by wscottchris
I have moderators configured to edit users. The editing works on most fields. I have a few fields that need to be updated by autoactions. I have triggered them on OnAfterUpdateUser. It works if I update a user from the backend as admin. But, when moderator updates the user, the autoaction does not trigger.
Any suggestions ??

Frontend uses a different trigger. Specifically the triggers are as follows.

Backend = onAfterUpdateUser
Frontend = onAfterUserUpdate

Note onAfterUserUpdate will fire when a user edits themselves as well so your auto action should take this into consideration.
