how can i have register form in two columns ?
hall I have to code and hack the files or is this include in CB configuration?

All you need is CSS. Fields are just div elements one after another. You can add custom CSS to CB using CSS overrides shown below.

Believe this was asked before so there's probably an example already on the forums and recommend using the forum search feature.
