How to change this text in green "Create new message" to "Please create message" ?

Use language overrides. Language overrides are how you change the vast majority of strings throughout CB. See the below on how to use them.

I know how to use overrides, the problem is this key is missing. For the vast majority of strings this works, but not for this, do you know how to fix this?

Language strings with no language key just have the string as the key. So you'd translate it as follows.

Key: Create New Message
String: Please Create Message
