PLease, is there any tutorial or could you explain a step by step for me to migrate the CB from a j3 to a new j4 installation?
The CB that already exists in a j3 has many extra fields and tabs

There's nothing to migrate. Ensure CB and your plugins are up to date, create a file and database backup of your site, then upgrade to J4. The following plugins are not J4 ready though so if they're installed please uninstall or unpublish.
