How to unregister was created by w13ear

How can someone who is registerd, unregister himself?
Is it possible to add a field or button to the profile page?

CB Privacy provides Delete Me and Disable Me fields. One allows them to delete their own account and the other allows them to just disable it and re-enable it at a later time.
