I'm working with Joomla 1.6.0 and CB 1.4 but i'm not getting it to work well.
I turned Joomla registration of and CB registration on but when i turn off the options for conformation email and moderator approval the email is still sended and the users not able to login when clicking on the confirmation email link (without confirmation id!).

They end up on a page with this message:
"You are not authorized to view this page!
You need to log in."

I hope someone can help me out. I never had this problem using Joomla 1.5.xx and CB.

Did you blank the email text within the CB registration options?

Thanks! I will try that. I turned back now to joomla 1.5 and CB 1.4 because the website hat to be ready in a short time. I'll play around on a testserver with the newest joomla.
