I can see pending actions in the CB Workflows module only if I'm logged in as the site Administrator. When logged in as any other user, including Super Users, the CB Workflows module displays "No Pending Actions."

I believe something is broken, because I configured Super Users to be Moderators:

CB Configuration Manager, Moderation: Moderator Groups = "Super Users"

Joomla 1.6.1
CB 1.4

What am I missing here?

If I set Moderator Groups = Registered Users, all my registered users can see pending actions in the module. However, when I set Moderator Groups to other user groups, and log in as a user belonging to those groups, the CB Workflows modules still says "No Pending Actions."

I upgraded to Joomla 1.6.2 and 1.6.3, but the CB Workflows module still does not work.
