Unable to create new field in field management

Unable to create new field in field management was created by mszewiel
When I click on "New" in field management I get taken to a blank page with this message: "Direct Access to this location is not allowed". I am logged in as Super Administrator.

Sounds like you have installed some CB plugin that is not Joomla 1.5 ready.
unpublish one by one until you identify which one it is or just turn on your legacy plugin.
