Check on admin board, if users sent files

Check on admin board, if users sent files was created by lemiran
Hi there
I asked my users to sent a PDF or JPG file on their profile. This file is confidential and therefore i'm not showing it on the public profile.
I wonder how, as an admin, on the admin board, i could easily check if all users have submitted their files. And maybe download my self their sent files.

PS: Krileon had already learnt me on this thread (www.joomlapolis.com/forum/149-usage/242836-where-are-the-sent-files) where the sent files are findable on the FTP side.

Probably easiest solution is to create a userlist and filter it by that field so it only shows users who have uploaded something. If the file field is displayed on the userlist then clicking it should also download the file.

So i can creat a new list which will be hidden to all users, i will the only one to see it. And it will display the documents...
