I am just wondering, I don't think it is possible, something like this, having the MySQL id value in the substitution:

[cb:userfield field="field name" user="ue.`id`" reason="list"

Nope, that's not possible. Substitutions happen before the query. I don't see how what you're wanting would even be possible for a substitution that depends on the query to also alter the query. If you need a fields value in the Advanced filtering simply query for it as you've access to the _comprofiler table directly in the query.
