My users using IE cannot see the Country field (blank) in only IE. It comes up normally at first, but then disappears.
I also see this error:

Tested with IE6, IE7, and IE8 as working. I can not confirm your issue. Please try running IE8 in safe mode (no addons or plugins enabled) to ensure it's not a conflict from a 3rd party browser addition. Please also try with SEF disabled (we only officially support Joomla SEF).

happening for anyone with IE, not just me although I tried in safe mode and same result. We only use Joomla SEF. It is not only the Country but also the State - the 2 dropdowns. They load fine but then disappear when the page is fully loaded. If I try to select Country the state dropdown disappears. The fields are required so no one can get past it.
Very likely there's something installed causing a conflict. Please keep in mind an extension may not work appropriately in all browsers; especially if it uses any JS. I can not confirm your issue on a fresh install of Joomla 1.5.22, CB 1.3.1, and CBSubs 1.1.2; tested in IE6, IE7, and IE8 (with and without compatibility). Please try disabling CB plugins 1 by 1 and reconfirmed if issue still present. If still present please try disabling Joomla system plugins 1 by 1.

I turned off all Joomla plugins (by the way, not a good idea) and it still happened. I then went and did the same for all CB plugins except laguage, core, menu, and CBpaid and still there. I finally switched templates and it went away. I went into the template HTML file and removed script links one by one and could not get it to go away that way. Somewhere, somehow , the template is causing this. Sorry to bug you about it. If I find the exact cause I'll post it. thanks
I'm not 100% sure how it's happening, but we've figured out the problem on our site was actually the curvycorners.js. I think it might have been interfering with other progressive enhancement libraries (our template uses CSS3PIE and html5.js). Turning either of them off did not fix the problem, but commenting out the line that adds the script (administrator/components/com_comprofiler/comprofiler.class.php)fixed the problem for us. Border-radius is already provided for us via CSS3PIE, so it was redundant in our case. I'd suggest making it optional to use this library for that reason.
