Access to incubator add on's?

Where would I find access to these products? I went through everything and I can not find where to access. I am very interested in the conditionals add on. I hope this alleviates spammers trying to access my webstie to add crap.
As it is I am deleting about 40-50 registrations a day. (Yes, I have set everything to my approval-but I still have to go in and manually delete this crap.
This was worth the price of the Professional package to weed them out as they register.

CB Addons can be downloaded from the Advanced Members download area (which you also have access to):

Incubator projects can be accessed from the Incubator page here:

(each project has a project | download link under its icon)
or directly going to the forge area here (must login again using your Joomlapolis credentials):

Sounds like you need th CB Captcha plugin to fight spams and not the CB Conditional plugin.
