Hi Kyle,
I've created several top level plans that have the workflow: Selected by default: set to no.
When I use cbsubs content to protect items the system correctly offers these subscriptions except all the subscription plans are selected. Am I missing something here?

Plan URLs (this includes accessing a area protected by that plan) will always have all plans possible (needed for access) selected by default, no work around for this as is just a feature. We've ticket open to address this in a later release.
