[#2754] registered list public through Users Lists Select was created by winstart
i have 3 lists, one of them is for registered users only. But when i go to a public list i can select the registered list from the drop down menu.
can't be right can it

This is due to the below bug.
forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/2754
Was not known it affects userlists however, good find. The workaround is to select "Registered" instead of "All Registered Users", which is a confirmed working workaround.
