registration page not accessible

registration page not accessible was created by shawneo
I have all the new versions of cbsubs and community builder. I have checked my access levels and everything is set to public. Yet still i cannot access my registration page....

Within CB > Configuration > Registration set "Allow User Registration" to "Yes, Independent of CMS "allow registration"". Next in Users > Manage > Options set "Allow User Registration" to "No". That error is typically because registration has been disabled.
