Hi Kyle,
My users are not able to register anymore for the site. They are using CB registration and instead of bringing me to cb-save registers like it used to, it does not register the user.
I have the latest version of CB.

Install latest build released yesterday. Next enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry to see if any errors output. Registrations appear to be working fine in my tests.

Uhum Uhum... Installing 2.1.6 solved the problem... I spent the whole day trying to find out the problem...

Didn@t solve it... found the error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24463408 bytes) in /libraries/src/Cache/Storage/FileStorage.php on line 195

Yep, whatever I do, I am still getting the same error. Cleared cache, etc...

Something you installed is eating up extra memory.
Maybe you have debug on?
