The tab navigation was redesigned. I don't recommend having the sliding anymore though. It now dynamically compresses down into a More usage as needed. This was explained in the below blog post.

If you still want the scrolling you'll have to write new CSS for that. The below for example should work or get you started. There is again no guarantee this won't break again as we continue to change CBs UI.
