CB plugin insulation update fails after update.

Ever since I upgraded to CB 2.3.0+build.2018.11.14.17.11.06.182d2f2a2 I cannot install plugins, it fails and I get 403 forbidden.

I have tried downgrading PHP but I get the same problems. Can you help me figure out how to get installation working again? I am guessing it is a server config problem because all my site running CB are having the same issue. I am on the latest version of Joomla as well 3.9.1

Looks like a few things successfully installed then start failing. If using PHP 7.3 be sure to downgrade to PHP 7.2 as 7.3 went GA just yesterday and hasn't been fully tested (there are known compatibility issues).

Could be your server blocking installs using mod_security. Recommend contacting your host and having them check logs to see if that could be the case. Click "show" next to a failed install to see if it provides any further details.

So I tried disabling mod_secuirity and it changed nothing. Any plugin you I try to install has a few success messages and then the rest fail. All of the "show" details links just shows a 404 error.

I checked all the logs and I can't find any specific error. I just see a 404. I am pretty stumped on this one.

Do you have any Joomla security extensions installed? If so try disabling them as maybe that's blocking installs after it's seeing so much is being installed at once. Aside from that I'm stumped as well. The package installer has no code to throw a 403 - Forbidden (error thrown in your log above). I don't see one in Joomlas installer code either. Any 403's thrown that could affect this process are much further up the chain and would block all installs if was the case (permission problem).

This seams entirely server related, but I've no idea what. Try installing through CB > Plugin Management > Install New Plugin if you haven't already and see if it works there. If still not working try installing just 1 of the plugins that is failing to install instead of a bundled package with multiple plugins.

Ok thank you so much, I am working with my server admins. I did find the error log for it.
