[SOLVED] Welcome email sending despite advised setting

[SOLVED] Welcome email sending despite advised setting was created by Astrid
CB configuration tooltip for Welcome email states:

Input the subject to send with Welcome emails. Leave Welcome Subject and Body blank to suppress sending of Welcome emails

I've left them blank but system still sending emails.

That only stops the Welcome email from sending. There's also the Pending email for registration processes. If both Welcome and Pending are empty CB should send no emails with registration and if you're still getting an email it maybe Joomlas which can be disabled in "User - Joomla!" Joomla user plugin.

Found it. It was CB Auto Welcome plugin.
