Userlist without own profile was created by ericmuc
May be that is a standard question but I found no answer in the forum / docs. How can I exclude the own profile in userlists?

You want to exclude the viewing user from the userlist or a specific user? The only way to do either is an Advanced filter added to the userlist. Example as follows.
Exclude Viewing User:
Exclude Specific User:
