All I want is for everyone in a group and part of a conversation to get the notifications.

"CB Groupjive - Stream Notification" that system action will send a notification when a new post is made in the group. This should send to every active member of that group. "CB Activity - Comment Notification" that should send a notification to the post owner when someone comments on their post. "CB Activity - Comment Chain Notification" that should send a notification to anyone who has commented on a post when a comment is made. "CB Activity - Comment Reply Notification" that should send a notification to the owner of the post being replied to when replying. "CB Activity - Comment Reply Chain Notification" that should send a notification to anyone who replied to a comment. In short enable the following system actions.

CB Activity - Comment Notification
CB Activity - Comment Chain Notification
CB Activity - Comment Reply Notification
CB Activity - Comment Reply Chain Notification
CB Groupjive - Stream Notification

That should enable all the comment notifications. It's possible what you're wanting just doesn't exist yet as a system action though. There is no system action to notification every member of the group when a comment is made. It only notifies those that are participating in that commenting stream.

Maybe I can buy some time for you guys to help me set that up?

We don't provide that level of customization here. We'd just enable the above. Our installation services do not provide custom implementations or anything of the sort.

OK, I think I understand - So notifications are doing just what I want. They appear on the user’s profile as expected.
Also somehow we have setup an e-mail notification for CB Groupjive - Stream Notification; and that’s working great. It’s an auto action.
It sends a mail to the group when a new post is made and encourages each group member to go to the website to interact. What I need now is the same e-mail to be sent when the other notifications are created. It can be as you describe.
I’ve worked out the conditions in the auto action, but I don’t know what to add under the user script to include the users and the right System Action variables.

If you need any of the system actions to send an email instead of log a CB Activity notification simply make a copy of that system action, change its Type to Email, then configure the email. That should cover the triggers, access, and conditions checks all for you.
