Is it possible that a user shares the activity of another user (similar to Facebook)?

No, activity sharing and reposting feature is not available at this time. It is planned for a later release once the stream API and activity storage has been rewritten.

Sorry, I do not have a timeframe for this change. A lot of significant rewrites need to happen first since we need to be able to accurately rebuild a stream.
