I inserted my site Key, but do not get an update. How do I Update?

Navigate to CB > Plugin Management > Install New Plugin and review the Install from Web tab. If there's updates available the Updates category will be there on the menu on the left and will already be selected. There's an Update All button as well for updating everything at once.
