[SOLVED] Cannot change field order on registration page

[SOLVED] Cannot change field order on registration page was created by drs2biz
Website page dubaiexpats.org/login/register

The field for accept terms & conditions is located at the top of the page and I cannot alter the ordering to show this field as last. The down arrow is not accessible on the field ordering page and the edit field ordering has no impact when I select last for this field. Any suggestions?

Field order is by tab order first then by field order. It's at the top because the tab it is on is ordered before the tabs of your other fields. Try moving the field to the same tab as your name, username, etc.. fields.
