You can if you like, but if it continues it's likely site related issue. I've several clean Joomla 4 installs working fine in addition to a GIT install working fine.

Just installed a fresh J!4 RC4 - exact same problem. Yes this might be server related - but on the exact same server I can install a J!3 site and then CB without a problem! ?
Login credentials provided no longer work on your RC4 install. Please provide new working credentials and will take a look again.

Beat wrote this in another answer: "Please read the latest Joomla 4.0 RC announcements regarding, and report back any issues, if you see any, as we want to have everything fully working on Joomla 4 and would actively fix any Joomla 4.0 issues either in CB, CBSubs, or in Joomla 4.0 RC next." - so I only report back a problem to help you get this solved - server related or not.
