Is it ever possible to add the facebook, Google or Paypal App Secret and App Id from the FRONT end profile?
Any way possible?

No. What is the usecase for that? Those parameters are not meant to be exposed to the user. They are used to specify the application CB Connect will connect users through. They will never be exposed to the frontend or allow users to supply such parameters.

Im getting error when I try to upgrade cb connect in cbuilder plugins

Row size too large. The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 8126. This includes storage overhead, check the manual. You have to change some columns to TEXT or BLOBs

Sounds like you've hit column limit for your database. CB Connect ends up creating about a dozen fields to old the social ids. These will be moved out of profile and no longer be fields in a future release, but for now if you've too many fields as is you won't be able to install CB Connect.
