Hope you can help, please view my post on the Kunena forum as initially I thought it was Kunena related but we've been troubleshooting and not entirely sure why registration is calling Kunena's bbcode:

Latest version of CB and CB Subs are installed and seem to be working fine.

The user is created & basket is there, if they then log in it allows them to proceed, however clearly I don't want them being dumped to an error

Woohoo and hooray for Nant, all fixed. Wasn't actually getting the full amount of PHP memory I was allocated.

Applied this .htaccess file:
