What's that: I^ve never seen it before. But now, when I am "sending Email" I get this message:
CSRF Attack.
What's that? What is wrong now? Why and when can this happen?
What I changed before: I disabled cbplugin_uddeim and activated pmspro (internal pms plugin).

No such error exists within CB. The error is however present in UddeIM backend language files so would be safe to assume UddeIM is triggering such a message. This is a security measure within UddeIM to prevent cross-site requests. I've no idea why it is triggering or where it is triggering as you've not provided enough details. You can disable this feature within UddeIM > System > CSRF protection; the default is No.
