Yes, I used to do it by head and hand and got crazy by all the mutations.

Solution:
Build a system so that they can do it themselves and other people can find them through a wide rage of selection methods. Only made possible by creativily 'reusing' Robert's (modded) Advanced Search Component (2.0.4) code.
