user management - access only a single file was created by FairyWinx
I'm developing a site for a wedding planner. Looking for a joomla 3.3 extension where registered user can log in to view only their own estimate/contract and add comments
Site manager can only edit but will receive an email or system notification when a user writes a comment
Any suggestions?

One solution is to use CB Privacy (available to Advanced members and above) to configure a tab that only profile owners can see and CB Moderators.
On this tab you can have a Contract file field (for example) and a text area field for commenting.
You can also configure a CB Auto Action (Professional membership needed) to send email notifications when an update is made to the commenting field.
