How to make Timezone/Editor/Language not editable?

How to make Timezone/Editor/Language not editable? was created by armonk88
When a user edit their profile, they get to choose their timezone, editor, and frontend langauge. Is there a way to hide these 3 selections? I want them to use default all the time.

By default they are hidden, so you must have marked them to show on your own.

Allow user to edit his CMS parameters in frontend:

In CB Configuration area.
