I configured the registration tab in configuration manager as to confirm e-mail and then approval, but nobody is recieving either confirmation or approval!

Do I have to integrate something with Joomla users?
What should I do?

Problem Solved.

My SMTP was not configured.

This is not a hack but a normal function of CB. If you want user emails to be varified and or want to authorize each registration just go to the backend, open the CB Configuration page. Click on the Registration tab and you will see both options there.
