import doesn't change anything

import doesn't change anything was created by henrybmn
If I "SAVE User CSV" to a file, it works fine. Then I deleted all rows except the header row and one user row, and edited some of the columns (a data, and two text columbn). Then when I use "Process CSVs" it appears to do nothing, even though it says it used a record. Attached is a picture. What's wrong?

It appears to have edited a user, but there might be an issue with the parameter field data.

Can you explain what you mean "but there might be an issue with the parameter field data?"

Time zone info is in the parameters fields. You shouldn't be seeing it in the 'Updating' informational line. If you would like to send me the csv, I'll look at it.

Please start a new thread when you have an issue.

This looks like a different problem, i.e. end of line conversion. CBJuice2 is only seeing one row, so it thinks that data fields are column names ( headers).
