I'm using CBJuice2 for the first time and I feel like I must be missing some basic step here. I'm running Joomla 3.3.3; CBJuice2-3.1.6; PHP 5.3.13
I've used Community Builder to add fields to my user management and have succeeded. These new fields can be populated in the front end by logged in users.
Now I'm trying to use CBJuice2 to do a bulk populate of those new fields for existing users. Following the instructions in your Usage Notes pdf and some advice in this forum, I've created a csv file that seems to upload and yet doesn't change anything. I've attached screenshots for 1. CBJuice PROCESS CSV screen and for 2. screen I get when I hit the PROCESS THE CSV button - which seems to indicate that all has gone well and for 3. "after" shot of Community Builder User Management screen that shows one of the two users in this test file. No change in the fields that supposedly got edited. Also attached my little test CSV file.
What am I missing here? Appreciate any help you can offer.
