Hello,
I am rebuilding a site from an earlier back up and need to load in new users from the live site, registered after back up created. I have exported out into csv using CBJUICE2 and passwords are in hashed form. When I import into the new site, I have the 'Use HASHED Passwords retrieved from another site' option checked.

I am getting a " Password is not hashed, not possible to load" please could someone explain why ? I am exporting and importing using same joomla, CB and CBJUICE2 versions .
