Approve group invitation in backend

Approve group invitation in backend was created by thomasmes
Couple of questions around inviting people to groups (GJ):

- Is it possible to show (a list of) invitations (not 'invites') to users in the front end?
- Is it possible for an already registered user to accept an invitation in the frontend, instead of clicking a link in an e-mail?
- Is it correct that only new users receive an invitation e-mail and already registered users not? With other words: are invitation e-mails only sent once to an unique e-mail address?

Thanks,
Thomas

It's possible, but no such feature exists.

Yes, if they've a pending invite with next release they'll be able to click the "Join" link and automatically accept the link.

Depends on what you've configured for notifications within GJ configuration. It's typically set to "PM or Email" which will send a PM to existing users and email to non-existing users.

Thanks Krileon. I've changed the notifications configuration and seems to be working fine now. I look forward to the new version of GJ. Can you give me a rough estimate when this will be released?

Thanks again,
Thomas

Hope by the end of this week, but that's looking less and less likely.
