[SOLVED] CB Groupjive 2.0 : no integration with forums was created by userpic36
I try to integrate CB Groupjive 2.0 and Kunena 1.6.3.
I do not find the way to link kunena forums to groups.
1/ In CB plugin "Forum Integration", Kunena is well detected.
2/ In CB plugin "CB Groupjive" 2.0, "config"/"integration", "Forum integration"
I have put "kunena 1.6".
What is strange is that for the drop-down menu "Categories", no category is listed (there is only "Select category" .
What is missing in that configuration ?

Please read the configuration closely. You need a PARENT Kunena category to house all of GJs boards. Once done you can re-save existing categories/groups to have their forums created.

Am I correct in assuming that forums should be created automatically? I've created a "Workgroups" parent category in Kunena 1.6, and selected that as the category in GroupJive 2.1 config, but when I create a new group, no new forum appears. Forums will auto create assuming you've configured everything correctly. For groups to have forums, the category the group is in must have its forums working and enabled. If category forums are disabled it will disable forums for all the groups in that category for instance. Run tools from backend for it to check for missing forums.

In order to retain previous forum posts, it possible to assign an existing Kunena 1.6 forum to be the forum of a new group created under GroupJive 2.3?
If not, is there a reasonably simple way of migrating the data?
We have the latest versions of Joomla 1.5x, CB and CBSubs.
