Is there any way to allow user to access all the wysiwyg editor features for messaging members, including html editing? With wysiwyg selected and using tinymce as the default editor, we have the features shown in the screenshot attached. None of the usual formatting features are available.

Click "Toggle Editor", it looks like you've toggled it to source. Aside from that no idea as it should be displaying just fine unless you've a fatal JS error present stopping it from rendering properly in browser error console.

we converted to JCE - but the problem I reported seems to have been a bug in our template.
