Is there any way to make outgoing e-mails in HTML format ? was created by Quark Zimmerman

I want that links in outgoing e-mails to be clickable, but not just simply clickable but something like:

<a href="h t t p ://w w w .w3schools.com">Visit W3Schools.com!</a>

This is the way it looks when I generate PM, but in email it can be either stripped completely or looking ugly

due to text format of the e-mail.
Can I somehow configure uddeIm to "emit" e-mails in HTML format ?
