There is no substitution mechanism to put a CB user list in a module position.

As I see it you have 2 options:

1. use a cb query field (available for professional members) and create such a list (SQL knowledge needed) and then show the resulting field in CB COntent

2. find a Joomla plugin that allows you to show a component output in a module position. I have seen numerous on the JED.

I am not sure how things will look as the userlist output was not designed for the small with of most module positions.
