Can we have a possibility to access on frontend the downloads area via link named create a new download ?

CB Package Builder supports creating new packages and presets from frontend. Simply navigate to the packages page via your Joomla menu item with menu type Community Builder > Plugin then for Plugin select CB Package Builder. Next click the New Package or New Preset button at the top. The below URL will also work if you're wanting to include it in an email, module, or some other form of raw HTML.
