Hi, is it possible to add a specific amount or percentage to the default price of a plan, if a user chooses a specific gateway?

I.e, the default price is 90 € with wire transfer, but add 3% in case the user pays with paypal

What you're trying to do is called a Surcharge. There is no functionality in CBSubs for this. Largely because it's directly against basically every merchants policies. PayPal will terminate your account if they discover you are doing this. The only way a merchant can get away with it is charging a handling fee for goods or services rendered and that needs to apply to all payment methods not just PayPal. As for a handling fee you can use a negative promotion in CBSubs Promotions to add that. See PayPal policies below regarding surcharges.

A negative promotion is specifying the discount amount prefixed with a minus. So for example -25 would add 25 to the price instead of reduce it by 25.
